Fermenting Cellar and Storage Cellar

 

Here the bier gyle is first of all cooled down. It depends on the type of beer, we add our top- or down-fermented pure culture yeast – guaranteed free of genetic modification. The fermentation begins and it depends again on the type of beer how much time is necessary for this process. The bottom-fermented type will afterwards mature calmly in big storage tanks.
