Our historic Emmer beer is predominantly brewed out of historic ancient grain: 50 % emmer malt, einkorn, spelt, barley and wheat malt. 

It is dark amber-coloured, unfiltered and very good looking. An outstanding aromatic specialty! (more information about ancient grain)
