Our Bavarian-style wheat beersfruity and sparkling freshRiedenburger Brauhaus has an outstanding expertise in brewing Bavarian-style wheat beers since the 1950s. We use 60% wheat malt and add a special strain of yeast (German wheat beer yeast) to get a superb flavour of cloves and bananas. Right before bottling we add some wort and fresh yeast for a second fermentation in the bottle. |
